RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with our products! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us toll-free at 877-503-SOAP so we may assist you and provide a return authorization code. We will accept the return of any retail purchase if the items are received back within 15 days of delivery. Once the items are received we will issue a store credit in the amount of the product purchase price excluding original and return shipping and handling. Credit may be used for purchases from our website and is good for six months from date of issue.

We are sorry but we cannot refund credit card charges; refunds are handled as store credit only. If you ever have any questions regarding our products we are always available to assist you in making selections.

Please note: Our products are handmade and therefore, slight variations are expected. Though we always strive for consistency, without machines, this is not always possible. Some techniques, particularly soap colors, swirls, and designs cannot be duplicated exactly from batch to batch. We do want you to be consistently satisfied with the products you receive. We understand that occasionally circumstances beyond our control may sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us so we may resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. We take great care in packaging each order with high quality shipping supplies, including peanuts, bubble wrap, newspaper, etc. In the rare even that your package arrives damaged it is usually the responsibility of the shipping carrier (ie UPS, USPS, FedEX) for careless handling of the package. Should your order arrive in such condition, we ask that you file a claim immediately with the carrier. Take your package directly to your local post office, ups store or fedex shipping center so that they may examine the damage caused. Serene Bath & Body cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. Once the package has been inspected by the shipping carrier as to the shipping guidelines regarding security in packaging, it is out of our hands and we no longer have control. You will then need to deal directly with the shipping carrier.

Our preferred carriers are UPS, FedEx, US Priority Mail.
You may select which shipping option and method you prefer upon checkout or with a customer service representative. If you wish to have an order shipped to a PO box you must select US Priority Mail, as UPS or Fedex do not service to PO boxes.
